The Zipbolt Cabinet Connectors - are an alternative KD connector to cam lock types which offers superior tensioning and will not work its way loose. Fitting this connector involves simply screwing the shaft directly into a 5mm hole in the material and then joining the members after which the diecast housing is installed with a 4mm hex bit/screwdriver.

The Zipbolt Onedrive is a unique one piece connector that is designed for the flat pack furniture
industry. This connector is designed for CNC machines as it only requires vertical machining to create the correct cut outs. The Onedrive benefits from a new concept of being able to screw furniture together by it unique design of the screw thread that is hidden inside the metal housing.
As it tensions, the 12mm coarse thread exits the housing and pulls the joint firmly together giving a very strong hold without damaging the face of the furniture.
